We have welcomed the year since last time you heard from us. And we are excited to see what this year will bring for our organisation; and which paths God has prepared for us to walk in. We want to wish all of you a happy New Year; may God bless you all abundantly!
We were thrilled to finish the year with a big outreach for around 2000 youngsters and children of our town and area! For years, we have worked together with the organisation "Samaritan's purse", which gives us the many boxes, so we can give them to children in our region.
Around Christmas and New Years we were visiting 6-7 schools in the whole region of Niksic. The background of the schools were very different, but our experiences were the same: Both the pupils and teachers received us full of joy and excitement for us to bring the presents. Together with the boxes, we shared the good news of Jesus coming to the world to save all of us, as the biggest presents we can ever receive.

We ended our whole outreach season with a 12 hour long day in a small local theatre, where we had around 500 Roma children and 500 local children coming over 10 rounds. Each child had their own invitation. We used time presenting the gospel, singing a christian song and giving our the boxes. It was a joy for us to spread the good news around the town and see the joy in the eyes of the children.

January has been a vacation month for us. However, we are slowly starting up all our activities again: Bible study groups, student meetings, Conversation Club and Game nights. Also, we are preparing for different teams coming over the spring and summer. We are full of excitement over the next many month's work here in Montenegro. We cling to the fact that God wants and desires to touch students' hearts and make them followers of him.
During tis year, we want to focus on the verses in Mathew 6,33:
"But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." We want to seek God's kingsom before anything else this year. We want to search, seek and thrive to know the king of the world, see his passion for people and love people with the love we see in the heart of God. That comes before everything else.
